Announcement: The Waverly Hills Sanatorium Haunted House and RIP experience will open September 27th. Every Friday and Saturday night through November 2nd. GPS: 8501 Standing Oak Use Gate (B) to enter Exit out Gate (A) Gate opens at 7:30 pm closes at Midnight. Whoever is through the gate by midnight will get to go through the Haunted House. ALL R.I.P. ticket holders must be in the R.I.P. ticket line by 11:00pm. General Admission ticket is available on site for $20 cash per ticket – R.I.P. ticket $60 cash per ticket onsite. We also take credit cards there are tax and credit card fees per ticket.

If you are interested in booking a Private Tour or Investigation, please note the following:

• We do sometimes offer all of the above in our off season depending on the weather. While tour season officially finishes at the end of August, we do occasionally offer tours, investigations, and events in our off season.
• After November, we allow for private bookings with the understanding that it can be very cold. We require at least 25 people or the equivalent payment to sign up for a private tour.
• To schedule a private investigation, we require a min of 10 guests or the equivalent payment.
• We do not put groups together for tours or investigations during our off season.
